Analyzed a simulated bank’s business, application, and technical architecture using ITIL. Assessed enterprise-architecture maturity and flagged end-of-life technology risk.
Built current- and future-state IT capability heat maps under the SIAM framework, plus a phased quarterly roadmap, a stakeholder matrix, and a full Business Model Canvas.
Wrote an Architecture Decision Record comparing three options: upgrade, full replacement, and VDI. Recommended hardware replacement and justified it against weighted criteria.

Installed and configured Nagios on a Linux VM. Diagnosed a critical low-disk-space alert, fixed it via the command line, and wrote up a health-check report.
